Forget butterflies and teddy bears. This Valentine’s Day, Taxify wants you to share the things that you don’t like about the people you love the most.
Themed #ILoveYouBut, the campaign celebrates exploring the entirety of what love is including the things about people you love that you don’t always like. Users can participate by sharing their stories on Instagram using the hashtag and tagging @taxify.ng for the chance to win an intimate Valentine’s Day dinner experience.

Commenting on the campaign, Taxify’s Marketing Manager, Terver Bendega said, “At Taxify, we’re all about connecting passengers to their destinations. This Valentine’s Day, all roads lead to exploring the different layers of what love means – including those parts that aren’t picture perfect.
“We were inspired by the stories of Niniola and her sister, Teni as well as that of Linda Ejiofor and her husband, Ibrahim Suleiman and we want to share these stories with the entire Taxify community while inviting them to share their own stories. This campaign is open to everyone; siblings, friends, lovers- everyone who has someone in their lives that they love enough to be indulgent of their shortcomings.”
Taxify also said that drivers named Valentine will have flowers courtesy of Lovebug Florists and chocolates in their vehicles to giveaway to passengers on Valentine’s Day.
