Nollywood actress Deborah Shokoya, popularly known as Debbie Shokoya, is celebrating her growth.
The movie star, who turned a new age on Saturday, revealed on her Instagram page that her new movie, Fimisinuola, had hit 1.5 million views on her YouTube channel.
Congratulating herself, Debbie expressed pride in her growth as she pondered why some people think she has it perfect. The mother of one said she also has her own struggles and challenges, and wishes they knew about it. Calling herself a child of grace, she wrote,

Last year, Deborah had revealed plans to join her gangs of colleagues using their partners and family members as content creators online. Sending a message to her husband, she told him to start wearing a skirt so they can start creating content online.
The mother of one, in an Instagram post, had cried out to her colleagues who produce low-quality unworthy movies on YouTube. She decried the rate at which people condemn the Yoruba film genre and encouraged her colleagues to change the narrative about the Yoruba industry.
In different news, while celebrating the New Year, Debbie vowed to avoid anyone who will bring drama to her life like a plague. The Yoruba actress noted how she didn’t go through all those past challenges to start stressing herself because of what others think or choose to assume of her in their head.
In February, revealed how becoming a mother inspired her go launch a podcast, on her YouTube page. Debbie believes that a lot of women will learn from her show and be encouraged.
