Nigeria’s starting XI for this evening’s friendly with Portugal has been revealed.
Head coach of the Super Eagles, Jose Peseiro, has opted for his favoured 4-4-2 formation.
Omonia Nicosia goalkeeper, Francis Uzoho will be man between the sticks.
New-boy Bruno Onyemaechi will make his debut at right-back, while Empoli’s Tyrone Ebuehi will play from the left-back position.
William Troost-Ekong, who will captain the team in the absence of Ahmed Musa and Kevin Akpoguma will occupy the centre-back positions.
The midfield will be anchored by the duo of Wilfred Ndidi and Everton of England star man, Alex Iwobi.
Ademola Lookman and Moses Simon will operate from the wings.
Lorient of France striker, Terem Moffi will lead the attack and he will be supported by Joe Aribo.
