Yesterday, Veteran actor, Jide Kosoko and two of children, Sola and Bidemi Kosoko honored his late first wife, Ganiyat who passed on 25 years ago, with a remembrance.
Sharing photos from the occasion, Bidemi wrote
“It’s been 25 years you left us sweet mother Mrs Ganiyat
kosoko (iya bidemi).On so many nights, I stayed up reflecting on how
great it would have been if you were here to witness the great
transformation your children have had over the years.
However, I am
consoled because the seed you planted several years ago is finally
turning to a formidable tree In the forest of life.
And Mummy, I want
you to also know that your husband, Prince Jide Kosoko and others around
him, have been wonderful, making sure we did not suffer your absence.
We gathered to remember you and it was all testimony about the great
woman you were. Keep resting in the bossom of the Lord mummy, untill we
meet to part no more! Miss you ???”
