Popular child actor turn philanthropist and entertainer, William Uchemba has allegedly cleaned up the viral plantain boy and puts him on a flight to Akwa Ibom
The ten year old went viral after photos of him sleeping in the middle of the major road with the two trays of plantain he was selling.
It appeared the teenager had dozed off very late in the night after a hard days work and a nap turned into deep sleep which turned his life about as some persons posted the pitiable sight on social media
It was gathered that Joseph left his parents in Akwa Ibom to serve a woman in Lagos after she promised him an education. But she then turned around to maltreat him and make him sell on the streets.
The dreamer, Joseph, or in this case, the sleeper has been cleaned up by William Uchemba, served a good meal and put him on an available flight to be reunited with his family
Williams as well as Toyin Abraham have promised to work out a plan to ensure that Joseph is taken off the streets and fixed between the four walls of a school instead
