Nigerian winger, Samuel Kalu has joined Girondin Bordeaux of France from KAA Gent of Belgium.
Kalu signed a five-year deal with Bordeaux as a replacement for Malcolm who joined Barcelona last month.
Kalu who is yet to represent Nigeria started his career at GBS Academy of Kaduna before joining AS Trencin of Slovakia, he made 32 appearances for Trencin and scored four goals.
Samuel Kalu joined KAA Gent in 2016 and he scored 10 goals in 48 appearances for the Belgian outfit.
Girondin Bordeaux announced his signing on their Twitter handle
“#Mercato 🖊 It’s done! Samuel #Kalu is Girondins! The striker 🇳🇬 has committed for 5 years with the club from @KAAGent!,” reads a tweet on Girondins Bordeaux’s official Twitter handle on Monday.
