We reported yesterday that a woman identified as Mrs. Otiri Benjamin was delivered of a baby girl at the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Campaign in Ethiope-East Local Government Area of Delta State.
It was gathered that the medical team which accompanied the governor to the Campaign successfully delivered the woman.
The woman is said to be from PDP Ward 10 Unit 7 in Ekaka Village a suburb in Kokori Community.
Party faithful said the baby the baby is a gift to the PDP Campaign Organization in Ethiope-East.
The elated Delta State Governor, Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa said the birthday of the newborn baby girl is a sign of victory for him and other Candidates of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
Governor Okowa who spoke in pidgin English language,”Na sign God show una for here so. Na we deliver the woman. The pikin dey alive and the mama dey alive.
“I will open a N2 million account in the bank for the baby,” he said.
