9TH NASS: Femi Gbajabiamila is speaker of 9th House of Reps!

Femi Gbajabiamila has been voted in as the speaker of the 9th National Assembly (House Of Representatives).

Femi secured massive votes in a keenly contested election to defeat Honorable Bago.

Femi Gbajabiamila secured 281 votes while Hon. Bago his major contender secured 76 votes as 358 members-elect voted with one invalid vote.

About Femi Gbajabiamila – Speaker 9th House of Representatives

Femi Gbajabiamila was born June 25, 1962. He is a Nigerian lawyer, All Progressives Congress Leader, former House Leader of Nigeria’s 8th House of Representatives and now the speaker of Nigeria’s 9th House of Reps.
