Singer Adele and her estranged husband Simon Konecki will be officially calling their marriage over after they announced their split 5 months ago.
The estranged couple announced their split on April 19 via a joint statement.
The couple have married for 7 years and share a 6-year old son together.
According to court documents, the divorce was filed by Adele in Los Angeles three years after their secret wedding and two years after it was confirmed that they were in a union.
With no prenup signed, the divorce case will now have to determine who takes custody and finance for their son.
The divorce will see Konecki take half of the singer’s earnings because it was filed in California where they have a huge base for their businesses.
