Beyonce’s mother, Tina Knowles has denied reports that the singer is currently in Ghana for a performance.
The rumor was ignited by a Beyonce fan page which revealed that she will be performing on December 28.
Tina Knowles, via an Instagram post, denied the rumors:
“Just here to deliver the truth. The official truth and nothing but the truth. Beyoncé is NOT performing in Accra, Ghana this weekend. To all who have returned “home,” have the most beautiful time. #onelove”
Beyonce’s publicist, Yvette Noel Schure also denied the rumor:
“This is not true. Beyoncé is not performing in Ghana this weekend”
She added:
“Just here to deliver the truth. The official truth and nothing but the truth. Beyoncé is nOT performing in Accra, Ghana this weekend. To all you have returned ‘home,’ have the most beautiful time. #onelove”
