This is a Kemi Filani News Exclusive!!! Days ago, Nollywood’s sweetheart, Mercy Johnson and her husband, Odi Okojie made the rounds online after news went viral that the Kogi born thespian had welcome her 4th child.
However, the mother of three through her husband came out to debunk the news.
The husband through his Instagram page, @princeodiokojie said, “I woke up this morning to see countless missed calls and messages congratulating me on the arrival of our new baby. We are so thankful for the show of love, but my wife @mercyjohnsonokojie has not put to bed yet, it is a good news and I will certainly update you all when it happens. Thank you and God bless.” He wrote.
Kemi Filani News carried out some investigations to find out how the rumor originated, and we gathered that it started from a FAKE Mercy Johnson page “@mercyjohnsonokoje” which was created by fraudsters. The fraudsters used the unverified account to announce the supposed arrival of the baby.
Although, they didn’t disclosed the sex of the baby or made any pronouncement as to the situation of the mother and child but, simply posted the picture of the actress and her husband holding a new-born baby in an hospital bed and added love emojis.
