Nollywood actress, Cossy Orjiakor has taken to her social media to question the silence of late filmmaker, Chico Ejiro, over the dog story that ruined her career in Nollywood.
Embittered Cossy via her Instagram called out the late filmmaker, Chico Ejiro who died yesterday, 25th December, revealing his silence cost her her career and innocence.
Kemi Filani News recalls that in 2002 a video purportedly surfaced on YouTube showing Cossy Ojiakor in a sex scene with a dog after a defunct magazine, Enquirer owned by Tunde Moshood had made a mince meal of the scene in one of the publications of the magazine, alleging in plain words that actress, Cossy Ojiakor had sex with a dog with robust pictures to back it up.
Years later, Cossy inquires from the late film maker why he was so quiet despite knowing the truth and not speaking up for her.
She wrote;
”Mr Chico Ejiro. I remember years back. You use to like me, I won’t say no to people. I only give conditions .. what changed? what made you keep quiet and watch the world tear me to shreds .. during that mighty scandal you kept quiet. I kept wondering why. I left the industry in shame still trying to figure out where I got it wrong. your silence killed me. I was mocked and still mocked. Just a simple yes that sex with dog story is part of a Nollywood movie and not porn would have preserved my sweet nature. OOH, I remember your wife slapped me on that sex with dog set. back then my teeth never sharp. Rest in peace dear. Your part of my history and also my birthday mate”
