This 2021 has started on a very dramatic note. We are barely 20 days in and quite a bit has already happened.
For one, nobody would have seen the ‘clash’ between cross dressers James Brown and Bobrisky.
The two became friends after James came into the limelight via his arrest at a party. Bobrisky invited him over when he was released from the police station and gave him N100,000.
This sparked a new friendship, which saw them both post dancing videos on Instagram and hang out at various places.
However, James Brown last week claimed Bobrisky had called and threatened his life.
He said, “I was shocked, I was not expecting it (the threat). Bobrisky actually called and threatened me. He just kept shouting. He said I should stop posting my content or he would send me to prison. He said he was the one that gave me N100, 000 when I needed help and he would make sure they beat me up in Lagos State. Before now, he had blocked me some months ago but I had no issues with it and I had apologised to him. But now, he has made it clear that we are enemies and I have to watch my back.”
For someone who always claps back, Bobrisky notoriously remained silent while James unravelled.
Days later, James Brown was back with another video after Instagram deleted his account, crying profusely and apologizing to Bobrisky.
After that, he spent time posting on his YouTube page and growing his numbers and engagement.
Still, Bobrisky remained silent.
Guess what? James is back on Instagram on the same account and posting content as if nothing happened. Bobrisky is more interested in telling us why his fights with actress Tonto Dikeh is not our business.
One has to really wonder what this New Year episode was about: a clash of cross dressers or another publicity stunt.
