Actress Kate Henshaw has taken to social media to express her love for staying fit and being healthy.
In a video she shared, she had undergone series of exercise under the supervision of her instructor in a gym.
The sporty actress said being consistent is progress in physical fitness.
She further advised that being focused on keeping fit will improve posture, balance and coordination.
