Nigerian politician Opeyemi David, the boyfriend of Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing, has reacted to veteran actor Jide Kosoko and other leadership of Theater Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria to frustrate Nkechi and her colleague Iyabo Ojo in the Nollywood industry.
Kemifilani News recalls that Jide Kosoko, while speaking at a press conference on Sunday 27th June, said TAMPAN frowns at the misconduct of Iyabo Ojo and Nkechi Blessing over their colleague Baba Ijesha, alleged of child molestation.
Therefore, the association bars directors of TAMPAN from working with the two Nollywood stars and threatened to frustrate them in the Nollywood industry.
In a post shared on Instagram, Opeyemi David dares the association’s leadership, stating they should be ready for him over their attempt plans to silence and frustrate Nkechi Blessing.
He further blasted the association, pointing out that their decision is a clear misplaced priority and dereliction of duties.
Nkechi Blessing’s boyfriend added that he respects all elders without fear because no human is God, and it’s painful to see where wisdom is required in a situation people decides to display foolishness.
He wrote: Before you attempt to silence her or frustrate her, kindly be ready for me. What your association has shown is pure misplaced priorities and dereliction of duties. I respect all elders without fear because no human being is God. It’s a pain to the heart knowing wisdom is required but folly prevails. She is my soul mate and the moment you are breaking her then be ready to break.
