Nollywood actress Regina Chukwu has taken to social media to express the effects of social media on Nigerians.
According to her, social media does not appreciate being your real self anymore but makes perfection very attainable.
Regina said people should stop expecting perfection from friends, careers and life because it steals happiness away from someone.
However, she urged Nigerians to look beyond expecting perfection and see that being contented, fulfilled and progressing is the key to happiness.

Social media has made PERFECT look Achievable, so now REAL has become undesirable
Expecting perfection from life, friends,your partner, your career and from yourself is the enemy of happiness.
Instead of perfection, search for balance, contentment,fulfillment and progress.
