Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing has blasted Nollywood movie association over her suspension from the Industry.
KFN recalls that Nkechi and her colleague, Lege Miami were suspended by the TAMPAN chairman Damilola Olatunji following their war of words on social media over the recent arrest of their colleague, Baba Ijesha, who has been accused of rape and sexual defilements of a minor.
However, the 32-year old denied being a member of the association, adding that she never attended any of their meetings because of how disorganized they are.
About two months after, the controversial actress has said that the association is mad for suspending her.
Nkechi made this known in a comment she made under Iyabo Ojo’s video where she called out Nollywood celebrities and accused them of being hypocrites over their reaction to the viral video of where gospel singer, Tope Alabi criticized her colleague, Adeyinka Alaseyori.
According to Nkechi, the best thing the association could do was suspend her for speaking and standing by the truth.
In her words;
“People wey Dey mad…I said what I said with my full chest…Dem keep quiet ooo..na me dem see to suspend, me wey no be their member..Nonsense!!!!”
