His real name is Samuel Animashaun, but he prefers to be addressed as Broda Shaggi. He was born on the 6th of July, 1993, and he clocked the age of 28 in 2021.
The comedian was raised by his mother as he lost his father before he made it to fame.

Broad Shaggi is educated and holds a Bachelor in Creative Arts from the University of Lagos. There are reports he had NYSC programme in Ekiti state.
Career
According to the reports, he has been interested in acting since he was a child; he was, however, motivated to go into it by his late father was a teacher at the popular Mayflower Junior School, Ikenne, Ogun State.
He had acted in diverse roles before he became Broda Shaggi which include; Inspector Perry, a policeman; Professor Dele, among others.
