Former Big Brother Naija Housemate Neo Akpofure is currently in pain as he lost his brother-in-law to COVID-19.
Neo took to the microblogging platform Twitter to warn his fan that COVID-19 is real, and it kills while recounting the experiences he shared with his brother-in-law.
According to Neo, his brother-in-law made her sister the happiest woman she could be, and his mother found a son in him.
He wrote: It’s so painful to miss you this much uncle Mike. You made my sister the happiest woman she could be, mum found a new son in you and you gave me the 3 sweetest nephew I’ve got. You shouldn’t have left so soon My G. COVID is real, it kills!!!
Kemi Filani News recalls that Neo Akpofure recently expressed his displeasure on the high cost of cooking gas in the country.
According to him, the country’s situation has gotten to a stage where the poor keep getting poorer as the hike in the cost of cooking gas has made them dump gas for the local stove.
He said the price of 1kg of gas is now #700 compared to the last time, which means a 12.5kg gas will amount to about #7000 or more depending on the location.
