Nollywood actress and ROK TV Boss, Mary Njoku has sparked outrage with her comment on becoming a Nigerian again in her next life.
According to the actress, Nigeria is home to all and would like to enjoy another lifetime as a Nigerian despite the negativity from the country.
In a post shared, she said the country is a cool one even though it breaks her heart; hence, there is nothing wrong with Nigeria, although the problem lies in the people. Nigeria is a beautiful country that has been blessed abundantly.
Speaking further, she said Nigeria is surely going to be better someday but uncertain of when it starts getting better.
She wrote:
It will get better ✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿. I don’t know when, but someday. ✊🏿✊🏿.
However, some people have antagonized her comment regarding her preference of being a Nigerian in her next life, revealing that the reason for the statement is because she has enough money and not suffering like other poor masses in the country.
