Adedeji Adeleke’s biography
Adedeji Adeleke was born on the 6th of March 1957 in Enugu state to Ayoola Adeleke and Esther Adeleke. He grew with his maternal grandmother, and he is a native If Ede in Osun state.
Davido’s father is related to the late Isiaq Adeleke, who is the first Governor of Osun state and Ademola Adeleke. He is a Nigerian by birth and celebrated his 64th birthday in March 2021.
Education
Adedeji Adeleke left Enugu when he came of age to commence his primary school education in Lagos, where he attended Ansar-Ud-deen school from 1965 to 1970.
Upon graduation from primary school, Adedeji relocated to Osun state, where he had his secondary education at the Seventh-Day Adventist Grammar School.
After the completion of his secondary school education, Adedeji Adeleke moved to Western Kentucky University, Kentucky, the USA, in 1976 to bag his first degree in finance in 1979. He also holds an MBA from the same institution which he bagged in 1981.
Adedeji bagged a doctoral degree from the Pacific Columbia University, Mills Valley, California, in 1983.
Upon completion of his degree in the US, Adedeji Adeleke returned to Nigeria to take part in the compulsory National Youth Service Corps NYSC Scheme.

Deji Adeleke is a businessman and entrepreneur. He is a partner and co-founder of Adeleke University, located in his hometown in Ede, Osun State.
Davido’s father is also the CEO of Pacific Holdings Ltd Company, with a focus on finances and investments in different sectors of the Nigerian economy.

Adedeji Adeleke was espoused to Dr Veronica Adeleke, who died in 2003. He has four children, two males and two females named Adewale Adeleke, David Adeleke Davido, Sharon, Ashley Coco. He also has numerous grandchildren, but popular among them are Imade Adeleke, Hailey Adeleke, Ifeanyi Adeleke, who are Davido’s children.
