As bears once again took control of the local bourse, the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) ended today’s trading session with a market capitalization loss of N64 billion.
The All Share Index (ASI), which closed at 47,436.45 points, fell by 0.24%. The market capitalization decreased by N64 billion in a similar vein.
The value of the stock market was N25.8 trillion as of Monday’s market close. The stock market has increased by 4720.01 basis points, or 11.04%, since the year’s beginning.
In the meantime, market breadth ended today’s session in the negative, with PRESTIGE leading 15 gainers and BETAGLAS leading 17 losers.
