Nollywood actor Alex Ekubo has sparked the jollof rice battle after Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson laments she is forgotten how it feels to fall in love.
It is no longer news that both west African countries, Nigeria and Ghana, are constantly at war on whose jollof rice delicacy taste better.
Taking to her Twitter page, the actress, who had long been in a relationship, had revealed she does not know how it feels to fall in love anymore as she urged her fans to remind her.
She wrote:
How does falling in LOVE feel ? Ive forgotten.
Reacting to the post, Alex Ekubo hinted that whenever she wants to know how it feels to fall in love, she should remember how it felt when Nigerian Jollof rice first touched her mouth.
He wrote:
Just remember how you felt when Nigerian Jollof first touched your tongue.
