Social media has been sent into a frenzy as Nollywood actor Odunlade Adekola celebrates his 45th birthday today, 31st December 2021.
Odunlade Adekola took to his social media page to share cute photos of himself and expressed appreciation to God for the new age.
The actor also thanked his fans and followers for their consistent support and love and prayed that God’s glory would not depart in their lives.

Kemi Filani News recalls Odunlade Adekola got his wife teary-eyed and his colleagues like Faithia Williams, and fans jubilating after proposing to his wife all over again today during the intimate surprise celebration he threw for her 40th birthday.
In the short video from the scene that has since gone viral on social media, Odunlade while proposing to his wife and renewing their marital vows, said “when I come back to the new world, i will search around to find you and marry you. I love you so much….” and with joyful tears in her eyes, the celebrant responded saying “awwwwn”
His colleagues in the industry have heaped praises and encomiums on Odunlade Adekola for the romantic gesture.
Odunlade Adekola had in a recent interview said his marriage to his wife, Ruth Adekola is doing well by the grace of God.
Speaking about how he has been able to manage fame and marriage together, Odunlade said; “I can’t really say much about that because we have different background and home training and also in the industry.”
“So I will still say it is the power of God because nobody is perfect and we all have our shortcomings and there is no perfect marriage anywhere, so we only work extra to make everything perfect. Every marriage definitely has its own ups and downs, so it is understanding and patience that make everything work. Nobody has supernatural power.”
It is just the power of God that leads us right.” he added.
Odunlade married his wife in 2003, and the lovebirds have four children together.
