Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has taken too his official twitter page to react to the issue of rape in the country. According to the 38 year old, indecent dressing is not enough reason for a female to be raped.
“I do not encourage indecent dressing. But no matter how indecently dressed she is, guy it’s not an invitation for rape. If you both agreed on pay as you go, you pay, she no wan give you, get ur money back through non-violent means. Do not touch her. There’s no excuse for rape.” he tweeted.
The multiple rape and killings in the country prompted the talented actor to say this. Recall that Nigerians have been seeking justice for Uwa Omozuwa, a university student who was raped and brutally killed in a church while studying.
