Actress and wife of late Nigerian gospel artiste, Eric Arubayi, Chinonso Arubayi , has called out a police officer for fining a motorist who splashed water on him
Chinonso Arubayi, took to Instastories to recount how she witnessed a form of opression by the police on an innocent driver.
According to the actress, a police officer stopped a driver and held on to his keys as he taxed him for splashing water on his uniform.
Calling out the police officer, Chinonso slammed the officer for not holding the government responsible for bad roads or blaming himself for seeing potholes and standing by it in the dark but would rather oppress a helpless driver working hard to earn a living.

Kemifilani recalls that sometime ago Chinonso Arubayi, recounted how she felt betrayed by God after the death of her husband and Nigerian gospel artiste, Eric Arubayi who died on February 11th 2017 from complications arising from taking fake anti-malaria drugs.
In an interview with TVC Chinonso, his wife and mother of his son, said:
My husband & I lived a faith based life. When he died, I lived in denial because I felt betrayed by God that my husband, a Gospel artiste, could die. I fell into depression, shaved my hair & wouldn’t accept inspirational messages from well wishers” she said
