Veteran Nollywood actress Foluke Daramola engaged in a social media fight with a fan who attempted to stir up a conflict between Mercy Aigbe.
Foluke Daramola had taken to her Instagram page to celebrate Mercy Aigbe’s ex-husband Lanre Gentry on his birthday and celebrate him on his new marriage, which took place a few weeks ago.
Foluke Daramola pleaded with Lanre Gentry to pardon her inability to make it to the wedding and promise to make up for her absence.
Sharing the photo of the new couple, Foluke Daramola wrote: Egbon mi, happy birthday to u and happy wedding anniversary, I know that u go done vex for me sugbon e joo e ma binu si Aburo yin I will definitely make it up I promise. Reacting to the post, a fan of Foluke Daramola took to the comment section to tag Mercy Aigbe to the post, probably an attempt to instigate a fight between them.
Responding, Foluke Daramola cleared the air on her relationship with Lanre Gentry, stating he is her cousin and got to know Mercy Aigbe through him.
Foluke Daramola questioned the fan on why she should throw her family members away because he has a marital issue with her friend and colleague, Mercy Aigbe.
