Nollywood actress and television personality, Ada Karl has declared support for ailing actor, Mr Ibu’s wife over her family drama.
It is no longer news that the actor’s home is in chaos as the family publicly battles over his donation.
According to Gistlover, his wife wants to take over the donation money to fund her lavish lifestyle as she is always talking about buying an iPhone 15 and new cars.
The blog also claimed that Mr Ibu’s wife had used her account to get N1 million from the donation.
Reacting to it, Stella Maris alleged that Jasmine was trying to make her an outsider in her marriage. Describing her statement as malicious, she vowed to address Jasmine’s excessive interference in her family affairs and other related matters.
Refuting her claims, Mr Ibu’s son, Daniel revealed that he is the one in charge of the actor’s account. According to him, he is the signatory to the account and his next of kin.
He stated that there was no truth in Stella Maris’ allegations as Jasmine didn’t have access to his account.
Weighing into it, Ada Karl stated that she is in support of Stella Maris because she deserves to be heard as his wife and mother of four of his kids.
She, however, made it clear that she isn’t advocating for her to be in charge of his accounts, she must be heard.
Ada described the ailing actor as one of the most kind human beings she knows, as she noted how he always spoke so highly of his wife before the temptations set in.
“I stand with Mrs IBU @realiburess and her rights to stand her ground as a wife and mother of four kids to Mr IBU @realmribu, not for her to handle the funds but at least stop being b**llied by strangers.
If Mr doesn’t want her to handle the funds then we respect that cos he has his reasons, but nobody should start raising their personal issues as a couple pls.
Husband and wīfe matter tough ohh, and it’s easy to judge when you have never experienced being married….it’s a popular expression in Nigeria to say “No dey put mouth for husband and wīfe matter”
Mr Ibu is one of the most kind human beings I know and always spoke very highly of his wife. before all these temptations set in.
Naturally, a lot of water do pass under the bridge in marriages, so picking on a few specifics from a lifetime story btw husband & wife isn’t right, cos the full story might be a bit more complicated than it seems.
I Proffer: Let’s focus on his recovery and we set up a committee to handle the raised funds for his medicals unless he insists otherwise.
