Nigerian activist, Adetoun Onajobi has caused a stir online after she revealed that God called her to be an activist.
The activist who has been in the news lately as Nigerians slammed her for campaigning for presidential aspirant, Bola Tinubu, has been devicing strategies to win Nigerians back.
Taking to her Instagram story, Adetoun claimed that no one brought her to fight for humanity but God alone.
Adetoun stated that it was God’s instructions for her to fight for humanity and she obeyed him.
She added that she is done trying to prove herself as anyone who wants to follow her should stand by her till the truth prevails.
She wrote, “Peace, it’s between me and God. Men will always be men. No one brought me out to fight for humanity it’s God’s instructions and to him I return. I did a video and posted yet they still say same thing. My dear thanks for ur concern. I hv put all that behind me. Whoever wants to standby me should. There will always be time when truth will come. No need for point proving anything to anyone”.
Kemi Filani news recalls Adetoun Onajobi became a subject of ridicule after Instagram blogger Gistlovers alleged that the children’s activist who had consistently campaigned and supported PDP by calling for charity work has now joined APC.
Adetoun was dragged for returning to her vomit after bashing Sanwo-Olu online.
The activist lost thousands of followers in the process, as she went from 312,000 followers to 301,000 on Instagram.
Though she tendered an apology to the public and claimed that she didn’t betray anyone and the video was fake, Nigerians didn’t believe her.
She wrote, “Together we stand. I have not and will never betray the love nor the trust I remain loyal. pls get your PVC”.
