“Go and die,” were the direct words of Actors Guild of Nigeria’s President, Emeka Rollas instructing one of his followers who wants Sen. Abbo removed as the Guild’s patron.
This is coming after lots of actors expressed their displeasure seeing the ‘Slapping Senator’ decorated with the honour as the Patron of AGN.
The concerned fan had written, “Please when would you remove that Abbo guy. Mr. Emeka you’re a very irresponsible soul.”
And the AGN President replied, “Go and die’
It would be recalled that days after Kate Henshaw, Hilda Dokubo and some other agitated movie icons kicked against the decision of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN, to select Senator Elisha Abbo as a patron of the guild, the President of the guild, Emeka Roll as has called for an emergency meeting.
According to the information passed by the Guild’s Public Relation Officer, Monalisa Chinda, “AGN has heard the voices of the actors and willing to engage in a dialogue”
