The wife of the late Prophet Ajanaku has called out Gospel singer, Tope Alabi for neglecting her following her husband’s death.
In a recent interview, she revealed that Tope Alabi has never called to sympathize with her despite how close she was to her husband for 12 years.
His late wife claimed that it was when Tope Alabi met her husband that her voice changed and became sweet. She alleged that the secret behind her sweet voice is between her, and her husband God.
“Ever since my husband passed away, Tope Alabi never called to sympathize with me despite how close she was to my husband for 13 years. It was after she met my husband that her voice changed. The secret behind her sweet voice is between her, my husband, and God”.
Tope Alabi’s estranged prophet, Ajanaku is dead
Recall that Prophet Ajanaku was reported dead on August 18th, 2013.
He was said to have died after a brief illness in his hometown, Gbongan, Osun State.

The late cleric was Tope Alabi’s spiritual father until they both parted

Tope Alabi finally opens up on her affair with Prophet Ajanaku
Speaking out on their relationship after his passing, Tope Alabi revealed that she had distanced herself from him even before the scandal.
Alabi, who was rumored to be having an affair with the prophet, said there was nothing sexual between both of them.
According to her, she had already parted ways with the late man of God before rumors of his diabolic ways came to the fore.
Alabi said in an interview with Faaji FM, “There was nothing sexual between Ajanaku and I. I was at his church for ministration and I used to contribute my tithe at his church. Before news made the rounds that he was into traditional things, I had parted ways with him 3 years before then. God revealed to me that he is that kind of person, hence my decision.”

In a similar news, actor and musician, Yemi Ayebo better known as Yemi My Lover had called out Tope Alabi for neglecting him after stardom.
The actor revealed that Tope Alabi was his apprentice in the movie industry in the 90s, but now that she has made it, he can’t remember any help she ever rendered to him.
Yemi My Lover claimed that Tope doesn’t even pick up his calls and didn’t acknowledge his birthday last year, despite him taking a letter to her office.
He added that some of these gospel singers have worse characters than regular people.
“Tope Alabi was my apprentice in the movie industry in the 90s. Now that she has made it, I can’t remember any help she ever rendered to me. She doesn’t even pick up my calls. Last year when I wanted to celebrate my birthday, I personally took the invitation letter to her office but she neither came note send any gift to me. She didn’t even wish me a happy birthday but I am not mad, that is her way of life. Some of these gospel singers have worse character man regular people”.
The actor, however, retracted his statement and issued an apology to the singer.
