The mother of Big Brother Naija ‘shine ya eyes’ former housemate and current All-Stars housemate, Angel Smith, has called out her co-housemate, Venita Akpofure for slut-shaming her daughter.
According to reports, Venita who had a beef with Angel, while talking to Seyi slut shame Angel, saying unprintable things about her.
Defending her daughter, Titilala Brown Sugar, as she is fondly known on Instagram noted how she and Venita are almost the same age.
She threatened to meet the reality star once she comes out of the house to settle the matter.
“Coming from someone that is a mother of two beautiful daughters. Just because of PMP that is it even for you but a man, thank God we are almost age mate. @venitaAkpofure me and you go settle the matter for outside”, she tweeted.
This isn’t the first time, Angel’s parents are standing up for her.
Maria apologizes to Angelâs dad for slut-shaming her
Recall that during the Big Brother Naija season six, ‘Shine ya eyes’ edition, Maria Chike had apologized to Angelâs dad over the comments she made about her while in the house.
During her time on the show, Maria slut-shame Angel, saying that their fellow ex-housemate Michael sees Angel as a âprostituteâ.
She also said Angel flirts with boys in the house, does not respect relationships with the girls, and that Michael will not date her.
However, the then-29-year-old retracted her words and made an apology to Angel’s father during the grand finale
In a video that went viral on social media, the former housemate was seen approaching Angelâs dad who was live-streaming the event.
According to her, her comments were miscommunicated and misunderstood.
Angelâs mum opens up on why she asked her daughter to go to the show
During the âShine Ya Eyeâ season, Angel’s mother revealed why she allowed her daughter into the reality TV show.
In a post shared on Instagram, Angelâs mother said she asked her daughter to go for the Big Brother Naija show after her failed attempts.
According to Angelâs mother, she has been trying to go to the show, but something always comes up, leaving her with the option of canceling it.
