Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has opened up about her health battle as she undergoes a series of medical checkups.
Sharing a video of her in the hospital, she revealed that the last two weeks have been hectic for her as she has been running from one hospital to another, undergoing a series of tests on her head and body.
Okorie said she hasn’t been feeling too well, so her doctor placed her on bed rest. The movie star noted how many underestimate good health as she disclosed that during her check-up, it was found that there are still fragments of bullet pellets on her body.
“The last two weeks have been so hectic, lovers.
It’s been one hospital or the other running some series of tests on my head and body, and I haven’t been feeling too well, so my doctor advised I should be placed on bed rest. Seriously, good health is underestimated. I went for my check ups, it was found that there are still fragments of bullet
pellets on my head, as years goes by more still comes out but at the end. It is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.” God is with me no doubt and may his name be praised amen”.
In 2021, Angela had cried out about the evil people in the entertainment industry as she recounted her near-death experience. The actress said God exchanged His life for her, stating that some pellets were still coming out from her head after two years. She escaped the assassination, which many peddled as false.
Two years later, during Angela’s fight with Uche Elendu, accused her colleague, of violating her privacy by recording a video of her during her trying times and sending it to blogger, Stella Dimoko Korkus. Questioning what kind of friend Uche is, she noted how she and others were making mockery of her pains, yet pretending to love her
Last month, Okorie had expressed gratitude to her Maker for her life. The actress cum singer said that if men were God, she would have been dead. Hence, why she was thankful that man no be God.
