Nollywood actress, Annie Idibia is reflecting on her highly publicized marital drama which almost ended in divorce.
Recall that in 2021, the Idibia’s marriage almost hit the rock as Annie Idibia publicly called out her husband, accusing him of having an affair with his second baby mama, Pero Adeniyi.
Now reflecting on it, Annie stated that she doesn’t know how she survived that scandal.
She credited it to Grace, as she noted how the Universe is always working in her favor.
“It’s been just GRACE!!! The universe always working in my favor”.
In the voice-over, which accompanied the video she shared online, she stated that she is very much aware of what people say about her, but over the years, she has grown to ignore them.
“I am very much aware of what people say about me, every single thing. But the difference between now and three years ago, is I obviously don’t care anymore”.
Refreshing your memory, Annie had not only dragged her husband and his baby mama, she had accused his family of not loving and caring about her since their marriage.
She further claimed that 2baba spent nights under the same roof with his children’s mother, Pero Adeniyi, when he was visiting their kids and slammed her brother-in-law, Hyacinth Idibia, for once housing the singer, his kids, and Pero under the same roof.
Name-dropping some of 2baba’a friends and manager, she laid several allegations on Pero Adeniyi.
Standing up for his brother, Charles Idibia, slammed Annie and accused her of ranting online because she didn’t get her way today. He went on to expose the actress and the two clashed on social media with Annie Idibia taking down the ‘Idibia’ surname.
However, the couple was able to settle their differences and last year, 2baba denounced his role model title after tendering a public apology to her.
He made it clear that he wasn’t looking for sympathy while admitting that he has been a shitty father, husband, and baby daddy and he has no excuses for that.
In more recent news, Annie had reassured her husband, 2baba Idibia of her love for him, as she declared him her only one and soulmate.
The assurance came after 2baba expressed his worries about losing his wife to another man, revealing why he gets jealous over Annie.
