Social media users are concurring with the All Progressive Congress APC chieftain, Joe Igbokwe, as he weighs in on the beef between brothers and singer Paul and Peter Okoye.
Taking to his Facebook page, he expressed shame at how two twin brothers can’t work together, love one another, trust each other, forgive each other, manage their wives and all. He noted how their wives couldn’t even help them resolve their beef as he questioned if there was an elder in their family or relatives that could help them settle things.
He stated that their childish behaviour is an example of success without brains and education without character.
“So shameful that two twin brothers, Paul and Peter, cannot work together, cannot love one another, they cannot trust each other, they cannot think together, they cannot reason together, they cannot forgive each other, they cannot manage their wives, they cannot manage their success story, they cannot control their emotions, they cannot manage their internal contradictions. Even their wives could not help matters. What about their parents, their brothers and sisters, their Nnaochie? Etc. This is a shame..it pains me to no end. Now, are there no elders in the family? Kemi Filani reported in June last year, controversial blogger Stella Dimokokorkus alleged that there was a brewing war between the Psquare brothers and their elder brother, Jude Okoye, because of the joint funds being allegedly diverted by Jude Okoye.
She claimed that an insider told her that a company wanted to acquire the music catalogue comprising the PSquare works. Still, their conditions led to the unveiling of different secrets about what was happening to their finance. She also claimed that the EFCC was involved in the issue, and Jude Okoye was detained in their custody before interference from the NFF President Amaju Pinnick.
Last month, Instagram blogger Cutie Juls alleged that Paul and his elder brother, Jude Okoye, had been arrested by the commission.
Confirming it, Paul took to his Instagram page to rejoice after getting clearance from the commission. He made it known that he wasn’t a thief but made his money through good music. The singer announced that he was returning to making music as he promised to release new music.
In a recent interview, he opened up on his relationship with his twin brother, recounting how Peter got him and their older brother, Jude Okoye, arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC in December 2023.
Luckily for him, after a thorough investigation conducted by the commission, he was declared innocent of all the allegations levelled against him. Paul also confirmed that Peter was the one who arrested their older brother, Jude Okoye.
