Media personality and Dr. Aproko doctor has recently taken to social media to react on the current weather in Nigeria.
He revealed some cautionary tips that Nigerians had to take into consideration to avoid heat stroke. One of the major tip a he dished out was the importance of Nigerians to constantly take water. He also cautioned them against wearing suits or any thick materials in the current weather as it could contribute to a heat stroke.
He further disclosed that because of the weather, this was a period where a lot of dehydration and so people had to stock up on taking lots and lots of water.
Now also recall that last year, Aproko doctor had also dished out an advice to Nigerians who did not like to chew their food before swallowing it. He advised Nigerians to endeavor to always chew their food in their mouth properly before swallowing it because when they do not chew their food properly, it does not digest well which takes longer for the food to turn to nutrient.
Also, back in September of 2023, Aproko doctor had advised Nigerians to practice better hygiene when it comes to their kitchen sponge. He further compared the kitchen sponge to a toilet seat as he expressed that the kitchen sponge might hold even more bacteria than a toilet sponge. He advised Nigerians to wash the kitchen sponge properly by using bleach or hot water to kill which would kill the bacteria in them before spreading it on to the plates.
