In a recent development, popular social media doctor, Chinonso Egemba known popularly as Aproko doctor, has taken to the X platform to question his fans and followers over the pandemic of milky doughnuts.
He pointedly asked why everybody was going crazy about doughnuts. He further stated that the trend of people eating milky doughnuts was basically just packed condensed milk inside flour.
In his words, he stated,
“why is everybody going crazy about doughnuts these days? They just pack condensed milk inside flour and all of a sudden everybody is going crazy.”
Now recall that back in January of 2024, Aproko doctorhad warned netizens over using tissue to wipe their bum, especially in the new year. He revealed that they should instead use water and after using water, they should wash their hands so that they do not have germs and bacteria.
He also gave reasons while he had dished out this advice, he stated that it was impossible for tissue to clean your bum correctly because there would still be residues and particles in there.
Also back in February of 2024, a few days after Valentine’s Day, AProkoDoctor had dished out some advice for people that would help them avoid heatstroke in the weather.
He expressed that people who are currently battling with the heat condition in Nigeria should stop wearing suits or thick materials because the current weather will only contribute to them having a heatstroke.
He further warned them to take enough water because there will be a lot of dehydration due to the weather.
Last year, AProko Doctor had also dished out an advice to Nigerians who did not like to chew their food before swallowing it. He told Nigerians to endeavour to always chew their food in their mouth properly before swallowing it because the food will be able to digest better which in turn makes their body absorb nutrients faster.
