Nigerian filmmaker and husband of actress Chacha Eke, Austin Faani has made a case for actor, Yul Edochie over the continuous dragging and trolling on social media.
Since the actor announced the birth of another child with his mistress-turned-wife, Judy Austin, Yul has lost favor in the sight of many.
Taking to his Facebook page, Austin made a case for him noting how he is human. He stated that the torment against him is bloody and lacks any iota of love for a country like Nigeria that claims to be religious.
However, he knows the actor’s action has been bad, especially with the way he handled the issue which worsened the situation and made people distance themselves from him. However, Nigerians should remain he is also human.
He stated that if Nigerians believe he will receive his reward someday, then they should let him receive it, rather than torment him.
“Let’s all agree Yul did what we deem wrong both publicly and privately and let us also agree that he is responding in a way we still disapprove and deem wrong.
However, guys, this guy is a human being, the torment is too bloody and lacks any iota of love for a country that is desperately religious.
If we think he’s got karma coming, let him receive it but let’s soft peddle at this point and imagine if you were this guy that we all used to love and now he is faced with this life sentence we are giving to him.
He has a family to provide for, gave a conscience man.

Recall that Yul had unleashed his fury at Nollywood celebrities and Nigerians over their hypocrisy, noting how many have been clout-chasing with the singer’s name, yet have been doing worse to him.
According to him, the same bullying that was done to Mohbad is the same bullying many of his colleagues and internet trolls have been doing to him, without hearing his side of the story.
It is no longer news that Yul and his first wife, May are heading for divorce following his marriage to his colleague, Judy Austin.
May had filed for divorce from Yul and was demanding N100 million from Judy Austin for adultery. She has also been granted full custody of their remaining three kids.
May had also filed for a restraining order denying him access to their former matrimonial home, citing safety concerns.
