Baba Suwe has reportedly been admitted at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) in Audu Arabs, where his health issues are currently being treated.
According to QED, the trip to the hospital was a combined move by the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Association of Nigeria(TAMPAN) and the Federal Ministry of Health.
You would recall that the 51-year-old veteran actor has been battling chronic Diabetes related issues since 2018.
Since reports of his deteriorating health hit the media, colleagues in the industry as well as well meaning citizens have donated funds to aid his treatment.
The Vice President, Yemi Osibanjo, also donated the sum of N1 million to the cause, amidst prayers for his full recovery.
