Nollywood actor and comedian, Babatunde Bernard better known as Baba Tee, has accused his colleague and former best friend, Seyi Law of Intellectual theft.
In an interview on the Honest Bunch podcast, he recounted how Seyi Law stole his intellectual property for his personal gain.
According to him, Seyi Law went behind his back to use his joke at one of AY’s shows. He claimed that their colleague, Omo Jesus was the one who alerted him about it and he further confirmed it, when Seyi Law used the same joke in his presence.
“My best friend was Seyi Law, we were very close, but one day, Omo Jesus called men and said Seyi Law was using my joke at AY Makun’s concert. He used my material to do an Open Mic at his concert. I said ‘Na my joke?’ Until he rendered my joke where I was for my presence. My intellectual property and I once noticed it before”.
Surprisingly, many believed him as they noted how Seyi Law isn’t trustworthy.

Elsewhere in the interview, Baba Tee had opened up on the alleged assault he suffered from his first wife, Yetunde.
He revealed that the first time his ex-wife abused him was with a slap and both of them were bosses in their own world, which made things worse.
The actor, who is popularly in Yoruba moves, disclosed that he met his wife in a surprising way and the first time they had sex was in the sitting room.
Baba Tee’s first marriage which was to London socialite, Yetunde Bustline Oduwole crashed in 2013, less than two years after they got married.
He then married a second wife, a London-based socialite, Dupe Odulate whom he proposed to in 2015. Odulate took to social media in 2019 to announce their breakup.
During his marital crisis with his first wife, Dupe was fingered as the brain behind it and Yetunde had accused Baba Tee of giving some of her stuff to Dupe, a claim Dupe denied.
Despite having two failed marriages, Baba Tee went ahead to marry a third wife and he welcomed his first child with her in 2020. He recounted how he was mocked by his ex-wives because of his small manhood and unstable marriages.
