Nigerian singer and politician Bankole Wellington, better known as Banky W, has praised his wife, Adesua Etomi, over her maternity shoot.
Kemi Filani reported on Monday that Adesua and her husband, Banky W had announced that they were expecting their second child. In a joint Instagram post, the couple shared Adesua’s maternity photos as they noted how they first had each other, then they had a son, and now are expecting another.
Following the pregnancy announcement, Adesua tensioned the internet with a jaw-dropping maternity shoot on Wednesday evening. The soon-to-be mum of two, via her Instagram page, shared photos of her slaying pregnancy in a green dress and sunglasses. Adesua stated in her caption that if acting doesn’t work out, she can always have a backup job, which is undoubtedly modeling.
Taking to her comment section, Banky W praises his wife for humbling pregnancy.
He wrote, “Susu humbling pregnancy”.
Adesua replied saying it’s because he takes good care of her.
“Hahahah my baybay. It’s cause you take such great care of me”.
Adesua Etomi and Banky got married in 2017. The couple revealed that they lost twins to a miscarriage and in 2021, they welcomed their first child, a baby boy.
Last year, the couple’s marriage was rocked with infidelity rumors as a blogger alleged that Banky W had cheated on Adesua and also impregnated another woman believed to be Niyola who was formerly signed to his record label. The gossip blog claimed that Banky had asked her to abort the pregnancy but she refused to, especially as she had previously aborted two pregnancies for him.
Speaking out, Banky W while addressing the congregation during a church service, stated that the devil is a liar, as God is in control, as he noted how there was an attack on him. He appreciated his wife, who he said he would forever remain grateful to God for because he often keeps her on the phone for hours.
