The reunion show was set to unveil secrets and settle rifts among previous housemates of the BBNaija reality show.
A new drama that caught the attention of many lovers of the show was a short clip of the next episode of the reunion shared online by the organizers.
The video clip captured moments when the first runner up of the Big Brother Naija season 6, Liquorose, revealed why she is no longer friends with her ex-housemates and love interest, Emmanuel.
To the delight of the Emmarose shippers, Liquorose disclosed that she was in a relationship with Emmanuel but broke things off when she caught the latter with a girl in Dubai.
Before these revelations, Kemi Filani reported that a gossip blog, Cutie, alleged that Liquorose caught Emmanuel cheating on her with a male partner during their trip to Dubai.
Cutie wrote: “So let me go straight cuz this ship hot me emotionally. So we have confirmed the reason why this ship stopped sailing was that Ross caught Emma cheating with a male partner. As in, Emma does both. He is Bisexual. Rose was very hurt and she called off the relationship. Honestly, we wish her strength. Catching your partner cheating on you can be very traumatizing…”
Although, Emmanuel debunked the allegations with threats of lawsuits against the gossip blog, stating it was a means to tarnish his reputation.
A snippet of the next episode of the Big Brother Naija reunion show captured Liquorose confirming a part of the reports but claiming that Emmanuel cheated with a female partner.
This video has generated mixed reactions from the lovers of the BBNaija show, as many claimed Cutie did not give an accurate report. However, others noted that Liquorose is an intelligent girl who does not wish to disgrace Emmanuel on national TV.
