This is coming a day after, Mercy Eke had spilled an interesting fact about the relationships in the reality show.
Mercy, was romantically involved with her fellow housemate, Ike Onyeama during the show, but surprisingly ended the affair after the show. She shedded light on it in a recent interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo.
“BBNaija relationships are the biggest scam, it was even original for me initially, as a matter of fact, if I had known that I was a strong housemate and that people loved me for me, I wouldn’t have bothered getting involved with him.
I wouldn’t say it was a strategy, for me, we flowed with it but we had to put up a show even when not happy for the people who aren’t even in relationships. If it is not working out, you move but in my case I couldn’t, I had to be there cos of money, otherwise, I won’t have my complete money.” Mercy Eke spilled.

Recall that, Ike Onyema had set the record straight about a shady post which many assumed was targeted at his ex, Mercy Eke.
Kemi Filani news reported on Thursday, April 22 that Ike Onyema had subtly thrown a shade at Mercy Eke.
In a video that surfaced online, Ike Onyema had expressed his love for girls with natural backsides, and netizens considered it a shade to Mercy Eke, who had undergone butt surgery.
In another shading post targeted at her, Ike Onyema revealed that he tried changing a ‘hoe’ into housewife which he couldn’t.
As always, many assumed that he was targeting his Mercy Eke and the reality star was mercilessly dragged.
Following the backlash, the singer took to his Instagram story to clear the air on his post.
He pointed out how he always keeps mute regarding assumptions and speculations but he was going to address this issue.
Ike Onyema informed the public that he still respects and cares for Mercy Eke, hence the reason he can’t shade her.
He also reminded the public that the BBN winner is still mourning the death of her father, which is another reason he can’t target her.
He clarified that his TikTok video was not a shady post as Mercy Eke still remains part of his journey.
Ike Onyema made it known to the public that the ex lovebirds have both moved on and are happy.
He added that he hoped his future posts wouldn’t be seen as a shade to his ex.
