Yoruba Nollywood actress Bimpe Akintunde has spoken on her pregnancy journey following the birth of her second child.
Kemi Filani reported on Friday that Bimpe announced that she had welcomed her second child, a baby girl. Sharing photos from her maternity shoot, Bimpe stated that the nine-month journey ended in praise.
In another post, while sharing more maternity photos, Bimpe noted how God chose to add another princess to her Queendom. Unveiling her daughter’s name, she stated that her ordinary journey became great evidence after ten years.
Taking to her Instagram page, Bimpe revealed that she came, saw, and conquered as she is the one the Lord chooses to bless. Akintunde further revealed that the journey was tough and rough, and she was scared and frightened and, at some point, began to doubt her God.
The Yoruba actress said God proved himself to her by being always with her. The mother of two expressed gratitude to her inner circle for her surprise baby shower.

Recall that in June 2023, after 2 years of being single, Bimpe tied the knot to Yousuph O Ganiyu, a man with two wives, at a Nikai ceremony. She disclosed that her husband had been in love with her long before she met him, and she felt so blessed to have met him.
In May of last year, the movie star had penned a note to him, appreciating him for being so intentional as she noted how many men have said what he said to her but couldn’t stand by their words. Sharing their love story, she stated that she had never met a man like him, and she was blessed the day their path crossed.
