Nollywood actress, Biodun Okeowo has penned an open letter to her daughter for fulfilling her heart desire and making her a proud mother.
In a lengthy post on her Instagram page, Biodun revealed that she felt compelled to publicly express her admiration for her daughter.
She stated it fills her heart with immense joy and pride to take a moment to reflect on the remarkable being she has grown into.
Biodun noted how her daughter’s unwavering love for God has been the source of joy and her obedience has brought an indescribable joy to her heart.
She praised her daughter for embracing her choice of Tertiary Institution and for helping her demonstrate to the world that being a single parent does not equate to being lost.

I felt compelled to publicly express my admiration for you.
As your mother, it fills my heart with immense joy and pride to take a moment to reflect on the remarkable person you have grown into.
Your unwavering love for God has been a source of joy for me.
Your obedience brings an indescribable joy to my heart.
I want to thank you for embracing my choice of Tertiary Institution and for helping me demonstrate to the world that being a single parent does not equate to being lost, losing one’s way, or deviating from the right path of God.
My daily prayer remains: “May you continue to walk steadfastly on the oath of the lord, without deviating or backsliding Amen.
