Nigerian comedian, actor and content creator Bovi Ugboma seems to have shaded his colleague, Kate Henshaw with his Father’s Day message.
Kemi Filani reported that Kate Henshaw had stirred backlash with her Father’s Day message. The fitness enthusiast, had shared a passage from the Bible, giving a shout-out to Fathers who are responsible to their kids. She prayed for God’s strength, favour and blessings on them.
Her message didn’t sit well with many who pointed out the double standard at which she wished all mothers Happy Mothers Day, but was only celebrating responsible Fathers and Kate Henshaw took time out to respond to her critics.
Now taking to his Instagram page in what seems like a response to her, Bovi gave a shout-out to all Fathers including the accidental fathers, irresponsible fathers and absent fathers. He stated that they all matters.

Taking to his comment section, many applauded him for his statement while some noted how he was stirring trouble.

A few days back, Bovi had shared the story of his life with his battle with powerful enemies. He recounted how Jesus nonchalantly stood aside and watched the host of hell come for him, as he revealed that he once had two very powerful enemies, whose identity he didn’t disclose.
In May, the comedian lamented over his AMVCA loss, noting how he has bagged 7 nominations since inception, with 4 being individual nominations, yet he hasn’t won any. Despite this, he believed that before the 20th anniversary of AMVCA, he would have won 10 awards.
