Nollywood actress, Bukola Arugba is celebrating her ‘first baby’ on his birthday today.
In a post on her Instagram page, the mother of twins credited her younger brother for teaching her motherhood at an early stage.
She recounted how she would clasp him on her back and run errands for their late mother and yet, still play with her friends.
Bukola revealed how she and her immediate younger brother wanted a baby brother. Luckily for them, their parents gave birth to a boy after 9 years and he became everyone’s baby despite the age difference.
“Happy birthday to my first baby, my sweet Mama’s last baby. One who made me learn mother duties in my young teen ages. I would clasp u on my back for 4 hours, run errands for our sweet muk of blessed memory, and still play my “ten ten” and “suwe” alongside. We wanted another sibling after my immediate younger bro, but Dad n mum never gave u to us until 9 years after the wide gap between u both didn’t matter after all he got a fellow boy like him. U were everyone’s baby. You are still my baby. I know u would frown at this. I proudly say again that the boy whose first poop was washed by me is plus 1 today, a big man, a prolific photo man, top-notch, professional in photography”.
Bukola Arugba laments as her father bitterly complains about her nails
A few days back, Bukola Arugba lamented over her father’s complaints about her physical appearance despite being of age.
Taking to her Instagram page, Bukola vented out over how her father still scolds her despite being in her 40s.
The estranged wife of Damola Olatunji who is currently in London had FaceTimed her father, who bitterly complained about her nails, which he said were too long.
She claimed that her father stated that her long nails were her defect and could make people not know she is a member of the Awoyemi Family.
Shocked by his utterance, Bukola Arugba vented out over how her father still controls her despite being old to make decisions by herself.
Bukola Arugba further noted how African parents are the same and the best.
