Amid her divorce this year, Nollywood actress, Bukola Arugba has many reasons to be grateful.
The Yoruba star took to her Instagram page to share photos of her in a white dress as she expressed gratitude to her Maker. Sharing a biblical passage, she stated that she would exact the Lord for He has lifted her and hasn’t made her enemies rejoice over her.
Wishing herself a happy birthday, she wrote,

In May, Bukola Arugba shocked many when she announced her separation from her colleague turned lover, Damola Olatunji.
Issuing out a PSA through her solicitors, Bukola revealed that she and Damola are no longer an item and have parted ways. According to the statement, the estranged lovebirds were never married but were blessed with twins.
Though the statement didn’t disclose the reason for the separation, it stated that the separation is without any hard feelings or ill will and the couple’s main focus and priority is their twins, whom they have both agreed to jointly ensure that their well-being and welfare are guaranteed.
Damola, who was unbothered by the separation took to his Instagram page to celebrate, as he shared a video of himself enjoying life.
In a follow-up post, Damola Olatunji who remained unbothered, shared a dapper photo of himself, wishing his fans and followers a happy new month.
In his hashtag, he described himself as a grace carrier and a man without worries.
On Father’s Day in June, Olatunji shared a powerful message, stating that a father’s tears and fears are unseen, and his love is unexpressed but his care and protection remain as a pillar of strength throughout the lives of his seeds.
In a message to his twins, he added that his silence is out of love and respect for them.
