Nollywood actress Bukunmi Oluwasina is in an emotional state after reuniting with her Secondary school friend after 20 years.
In a lengthy post on her Instagram page, she revealed that she finally found her friend Gift after 20 years. She disclosed that she promised to always keep in touch with her friend when she changed schools.
Her friend kept her side of the promise as for months, she would always send her letters every week along with sweets. Unfortunately, when she changed schools, she couldn’t keep her side of the agreement as they lost contact.
However, after 20 years, they reunited, leaving Bukunmi Oluwasina emotional. She stated that the reunion feels like another birthday gift.
“20 years ago, I made a promise; when my friend was going to change schools, she tearfully promised to write me letters weekly. And I promised to forever keep in touch.
Well, she kept her side of the promise for months, and would even add some sweets to her letters, telling me what her new school is like and all… until I changed school too, leaving the school she sends letters to and we both lost contacts.
Who was collecting those letters on my behalf and licking those sweets eventually, though?

Last year, Bukunmi had left some of her fans concerned after she surprised them with her dying wish.
The movie star stated that when she grows old and is eventually about to die, she wishes her last words would be that she left millions of dollars somewhere.
In other news, Bukunmi made the list of 100 most impactful people in Africa, alongside senior colleagues such as Richard Mofe Damijo, Kunle Remi and Kunle Afolayan.
The mother of one shared the news on her Instagram page with her delighted fans and colleagues, who cheered her on her success.
