Award-winning singer, Damini Ogulu popularly referred to as Burna Boy has revealed why he is popularly known as African giant.
Just like Davido who is popularly known as OBO, and Wizkid who is referred to as Machala, Burna Boy is popularly referred to as the African Giant.
In an interview making rounds, Burna Boy opened up on why he describes himself as the giant of Africa.
According to Burna Boy, it isn’t about the height but how good he is in other areas.
Burna Boy said, “It’s not about the height. Last time I checked 6’1. It’s about other things”.
Kemi Filani news recalls Burna Boy had called out billionaire businessman, Obinna Iyiegbu better known as Obi Cubana for using his ‘Odogwu’ title for his products.
Obi Cubana increased his business empire this year by delving into the herbal business that he named, Odogwu Bitters.
Reacting to it, Burna Boy stated that the businessman used his moniker ‘Odogwu’ for his business without paying him.
He demanded the Cubana group founder pay him as he would send his account number.
He said in the now viral video, “Them do Odogwu Bitters dem no give me money. Wetin dey happen? Those people wey do Odogwu Bitters dem dey owe me money. So make them pay – I go send them account”.
